Anyway, enough history lesson. We’ve got one on the way in, in fact they’re picking it up today. No engines, but lots of good accessories and of course an intact structure.

Which is to say if you need something for a 335/340, you know a guy.

This one, by the way, has a Garmin 530 and accessories include props and turbos.

Anyhoo, should be in a couple of days from now. Call.

Our Bonanza’s here now, with the E 185 engine. It’s been modded for the hydraulic prop.

Best part: 75.3 hours since it’s (field) overhaul.

Obviously the prop’s bent, the aircraft having landed with the gear up, but based on our experience these splined-props and durn’ near bullet proof. (With further obviousness, of course we’ll check it before we ship it out.) The thing here being these engines, parts for these engines, are getting kind of scarce, so if you’ve got a Continental E 185 engine in your old Bonanza, Navion, or whatever, well, we know where there is one.

We’ll have a price on it soon enough, but in the meantime you’re welcome to make an offer.

Yes, yes, we understand, just when you thought life couldn’t get any more awesome, the World’s Greatest Fuel Truck enters the market!

It’s a 1956 Dodge with a PTO and a 400 gallon tank. Even better, we’re putting it out on the blog/Facebook this weekend to give our loyalists first crack at the thing. After that we’re going to have to spend money to advertise it, so the price will go up.

Best of all? We are taking offers on the World’s Greatest Fuel Truck.

Now, granted, it does’t run. We seem to recall it has a broken cam or something important like that gone out of it. And the fuel tank, well yeah, does have some rust in it that we can see. So you’ll have to haul it out of here, and clean the tank out if you want to use it.

But we’re taking offers, I mean c’mon!

Note, further, it has been kept under cover, that’s one, and it has a racing-style air filter on the broken engine, that’s two. The tires give the appearance of being able to hold air.

No guarantees expressed or implied. No warranty. If we accept your offer you have to come here and get the thing.

But, leave us not to neglect: If we accept your offer you will be the proud owner of the World’s Greatest Fuel Truck!

Be the first one on your block!

Let us know.

Not in the least are the two Continental 360 engines, non-turbo. The front one fer’ sure had a prop strike, the back one we’re not so sure and will know more when we bring the machine home.

About 4300 hours on the airframe, 900 & 1300 on the engines.

Avionics are King, including KX 155, one with glideslope, and a KLN-90B GPS. Call or contact Tim or Alex to get your name on the list with specific needs. Otherwise keep your eye on the website as we start parting this one out.
